Pale apricot standards, bristling with ripples, hold good form and substance. The falls are the real show. Besides the wild, uplifting flounces, a loud orange beard sits on the white falls. The edges of the falls have a spreading purple wash rim. Grows to 46" and blooms mid to late season.
Iris rhizomes are best divided and transplanted after the plants finish blooming and have enough time to store nutrition in their roots. July through September is the best time to dig them up in Ohio. All Iris are grown on my farm and shipped from my home, bareroot with foliage and roots attached.
