Welcome! Here’s how shipping works at PetalsWings for the current season:

Seasonal Shipping Windows

• Iris orders ship seasonally.
  
• Digging for iris begins in mid-July and continues until harvest is complete.
  
• Our goal is to start shipping in early August, weather permitting.
  

Shipping Costs

Shipping for iris orders is:

• $12 for the first iris
  
• $1 for each additional iris in the same shipment
• Shipping is capped at $62 per order. Once your order reaches this amount, additional iris ship at no extra cost.
  

Tracking is included so you’ll know exactly when your plants are on the way.

Inspect Your Plants Promptly

Because these are live plants:

• Please open your package within 2 days of delivery
  
• If there’s a concern, contact us within 3 days of delivery
  

Combined Shipping — How it Works

If you’ve already placed an iris order and want to add more:

1. Place the new order
   
2. Email us
   
3. If your orders can ship together in the same box, we’ll refund any extra shipping charges
   

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipping but may be subject to a 10% cancellation fee due to limited, seasonal inventory.

Once your order has shipped, it can’t be canceled and we do not offer refunds after shipment.
