Refund & Cancellation Policy
Because our products are live plants and our inventory is limited and seasonal, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds, cancellations, and order issues. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Inspection Upon Delivery
All orders must be opened and inspected within 2 days of delivery. If there is a problem with your order, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Orders that are not opened promptly may experience issues such as mold or dehydration that are beyond our control. Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Refunds & Replacements
Due to the nature of live plants, we do not accept returns.
Refunds or replacements may be issued at our discretion in rare cases where:
- The wrong item was sent
- The item arrived damaged or unhealthy due to shipping conditions
Clear photos of the issue and the original packaging may be required to evaluate any claim.
Shipping Issues
We ship all orders with tracking and monitor delivery status. Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for timely inspection rests with the customer.
Delays caused by the carrier, weather, or packages left unattended after delivery are not considered shipping damage.
Order Cancellations
Because our inventory is limited and seasonal, orders that are canceled before shipping are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
When an item sells out, it may no longer be available to other customers. Cancellations reduce our ability to re-sell limited stock within the shipping window. This fee helps cover inventory reservation and administrative costs.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel future orders at our discretion based on past order experience, including repeated cancellations, disputes, or failure to follow inspection guidelines.
