These blooms have a lovely, ruffled look with a soft light pink hue, accented by delicate ivory lace. The wide blooms are a light buff peach, with darker veins and ivory lace along the edges. The burnt orange beards add a striking touch. The strong show stalks are quite impressive, with three branches and 7-8 buds. Grows to 33" and blooms mid to late season.
Iris rhizomes are best divided and transplanted after the plants finish blooming and have enough time to store nutrition in their roots. July through September is the best time to dig them up in Ohio. All Iris are grown on my farm and shipped from my home, bareroot with foliage and roots attached.
