Ruffled smoky hot luminata, with yellow standards flushed brownish red in the central portion. Red falls with a velvet wash carry a narrow yellow edge, while the white hot heart is edged bright golden lemon. Beards are also golden lemon. Blooms mid season. 36 inch stalks. It's hard to keep this one in stock it's so popular.
Iris rhizomes are best divided and transplanted after the plants finish blooming and have enough time to store nutrition in their roots. July through September is the best time to dig them up in Ohio. All Iris are grown on my farm and shipped from my home, bareroot with foliage and roots attached.
