VIOLET MOON - Intermediate Bearded Iris Phillip Remare 2018 What a beauty! A pleasing violet with petite, lightly ruffled blooms. It is one of the earlier irises open, just after the SDBs are hitting peak. Grows to 16" and blooms early season and reblooms.
Iris rhizomes are best divided and transplanted after the plants finish blooming and have enough time to store nutrition in their roots. July through September is the best time to dig them up in Ohio. All Iris are grown on my farm and shipped from my home, bareroot with foliage and roots attached. BONUS rhizomes are always included at an average rate of 1 for every 5 purchased...my choice.
