TRUMPED - Tall Bearded Iris Burseen 2008 Honorable Mention 2012 Award of Merit 2014 White standards with saffron yellow bases over ruffled plum purple falls with lighter washed edges, cream washed center, strong bronze hafts, black center line from beard to tip of petal. Fat bronze beards. Very unique and photogenic, my pictures are of the same plant at different times of the day. Grows to 35" and blooms mid to late season.
Iris rhizomes are best divided and transplanted after the plants finish blooming and have enough time to store nutrition in their roots. July through September is the best time to dig them up in Ohio. All Iris are grown on my farm and shipped from my home, bareroot with foliage and roots attached. BONUS rhizomes are always included at an average rate of 1 for every 5 purchased...my choice.
