SUGAR SHAKER - Tall Bearded Iris - Space Age Burnseen 2015 Standards and style arms champagne, slightly darker midribs; falls champagne, light chartreuse wash below beards, yellow-amber shoulders; beards vermillion in throat and middle, gold ends, champagne spoons on purple-brown stems; ruffled; pronounced sweet fragrance. Grows to 38 inches tall and blooms mid season.
Iris rhizomes are best divided and transplanted after the plants finish blooming and have enough time to store nutrition in their roots. July through September is the best time to dig them up in Ohio. All Iris are grown on my farm and shipped from my home, bareroot with foliage and roots attached.
