You will smell this one in your garden! Satiny, heavily ruffled flowers are decorated with a narrow bright yellow lacy edge and haft. Bright neon orange beards draw you closer to enjoy the fragrance. Growth is strong giving show stalks with 3-4 branches and 10-12 buds. Very long bloom time. Grows to 35" and blooms late season.
Iris rhizomes are best divided and transplanted after the plants finish blooming and have enough time to store nutrition in their roots. July through September is the best time to dig them up in Ohio. All Iris are grown on my farm and shipped from my home, bareroot with foliage and roots attached.
