Wild undulating ruffles and bright tangerine beards give this iris an electrifying garden presence! This distinctively corored Australian import has honey-buff standards with violet infused midribs. A greyish buff band edges the reddish violet falls, accentuating these fabulous ruffles. Grows to 38" and blooms mid season.

Iris rhizomes are best divided and transplanted after the plants finish blooming and have enough time to store nutrition in their roots. July through September is the best time to dig them up in Ohio. All Iris are grown on my farm and shipped from my home, bareroot with foliage and roots attached.
