Its remarkable colors with a gold lining are quick to attract attention. It's white standards are lightly shaded orchid-lavendar and edged with a fine 1/8" gold rim. Grape purple falls are washed with inviting blue-violet tones and have distinctive white veining at the hafts. Top it all of with a sweet fragrance! Grows to 33" and blooms mid season.

Iris rhizomes are best divided and transplanted after the plants finish blooming and have enough time to store nutrition in their roots. July through September is the best time to dig them up in Ohio. All Iris are grown on my farm and shipped from my home, bareroot with foliage and roots attached.
