SEISMIC ZONE - Tall Bearded Iris Sutton 2021 Clear white standards are adorned with a thin gold wire rim. Deep purple-violet falls have a bright white zonal area around the yellow beards. Rust red rim is brushed with light gold at the edge. 7 buds on nice stalks with a pronounced sweet scent. No slacker here! Grows to 36 inches tall and blooms late season.
Iris rhizomes are best divided and transplanted after the plants finish blooming and have enough time to store nutrition in their roots. July through September is the best time to dig them up in Ohio. All Iris are grown on my farm and shipped from my home, bareroot with foliage and roots attached.
