ROSALIE FIGGE - Reblooming Tall Bearded Iris
Mcknew 1993
Honorable Mention 1996
Award of Merit 1999
This dark reddish violet self, a child of Dyke's Medallist Titan's Glory, offers great growth and bloom habits. Its moderately sized flowers have a slight ruffle and are completely saturated in dark reddish purple. Enjoy their sweet fragrance in the spring and then again in the summer and fall. Grows to 39 inches tall and blooms mid season.
Iris rhizomes are best divided and transplanted after the plants finish blooming and have enough time to store nutrition in their roots. July through September is the best time to dig them up in Ohio. All Iris are grown on my farm and shipped from my home, bareroot with foliage and roots attached.
BONUS rhizomes are always included at an average rate of 1 for every 5 purchased...my choice.
