Ravishing Ruby - Tall Bearded Iris Johnson 2016 Fragrant Heavily ruffled standards are magenta blended to darker rose magenta. Lighter chalky rose maroon falls have a bluish cast and have hafts and narrow bands of the standard’s color. Intriguing beards are dark mustard tipped brown. Tall, well-branched stalks have 7 buds. Grows to 36" inches tall and blooms early to mid season.

Iris rhizomes are best divided and transplanted after the plants finish blooming and have enough time to store nutrition in their roots. July through September is the best time to dig them up in Ohio. All Iris are grown on my farm and shipped from my home, bareroot with foliage and roots attached.
