Raspberry Swirl - Tall Bearded Iris M Sutton 2009 Honorable Mention 2011 Award of Merit 2013 Multicolor beauty! Standards are light orange, veined mallow purple, and rimmed golden tan. Falls are dark lilac purple with a lighter purple rim and black wire edge. Orange beards. Grows to 34" and blooms mid season.
Iris rhizomes are best divided and transplanted after the plants finish blooming and have enough time to store nutrition in their roots. July through September is the best time to dig them up in Ohio. All Iris are grown on my farm and shipped from my home, bareroot with foliage and roots attached.
