PACIFIC CREST - Tall Bearded Iris Sutton 2012
Ruffled standards of deep lemon yellow glow in the sunshine. Falls are pale yellow with darker veins blending into a 1/2" red purple band with brown edges. Beards yellow orange. This huge flower also has a pronounced spicy fragrance. Blooms early to mid and late season. Also reblooms in some areas. 36 inch stalks.
Iris rhizomes are best divided and transplanted after the plants finish blooming and have enough time to store nutrition in their roots. July through September is the best time to dig them up in Ohio. All Iris are grown on my farm and shipped from my home, bareroot with foliage and roots attached. BONUS rhizomes are always included at an average rate of 1 for every 5 purchased...my choice.
