NETIZEN - Tall Bearded Iris KEPPEL 2022 Like the world wide web, the luminata realm keeps expanding, as both new color and pattern applications are appearing. Netizen’s color is a more restrained version, with violet standards, veined and edged cream, over similar falls that also carry an apricot glow on the hafts. The white luminata patch holds the beard which transitions from white to yellow to scarlet in the throat. The pale fall veining is so overall it gives the violet color a netted appearance. Iris rhizomes are best divided and transplanted after the plants finish blooming and have enough time to store nutrition in their roots. July through September is the best time to dig them up in Ohio. All Iris are grown on my farm and shipped from my home, bareroot with foliage and roots attached.
