No garden ought to ever be without a pink iris. This bold pink, with well-shaped flowers and bright beards, is a must-have pink. The late-season bloomer has eight buds per stalk and carries a slight spicy fragrance. Grows to 36 inches and blooms late season.
Iris rhizomes are best divided and transplanted after the plants finish blooming and have enough time to store nutrition in their roots. July through September is the best time to dig them up in Ohio. All Iris are grown on my farm and shipped from my home, bareroot with foliage and roots attached.
