I AM - Tall Bearded Iris Schreiner 2016 The white standards seem to have been graced by nature’s paint brush. Not only have they been artistically enhanced by lavender shading, they have also been speckled and sanded. Meandering around the pristine falls is a beguilingly blue purple band. I Am sports admirable form, big flowers, 8 buds on a stalk, 3 sockets, and the absence of an identity problem. Grows to 39" inches tall and blooms mid season. Iris rhizomes are best divided and transplanted after the plants finish blooming and have enough time to store nutrition in their roots. July through September is the best time to dig them up in Ohio. All Iris are grown on my farm and shipped from my home, bareroot with foliage and roots attached.
