Golden Gaga - Tall Bearded Iris L. Painter 2012 Honorable Mention 2015 Smooth gold blended caramel, deeper toward edges. Slightly more golden at the marigold beards. Lightly ruffled flowers with great color impact. Grows to 41" and blooms mid to late season. Iris rhizomes are best divided and transplanted after the plants finish blooming and have enough time to store nutrition in their roots. July through September is the best time to dig them up in Ohio. All Iris are grown on my farm and shipped from my home, bareroot with foliage and roots attached.
