EDGED OUT - Tall Bearded Iris Sutton 2021 Well defined standard and fall rims! Soft violet blue standards are adorned with a ¼” beech brown rim. Bluebird blue falls with lighter electric burst veining extends down to the ¼” copper brown rim at the edges. Copper brown shoulders and throat surround the striking yellow beards. 7 to 9 buds on good stalks. Unique with a slight sweet fragrance! Grows to 34" and blooms mid-late season.
Iris rhizomes are best divided and transplanted after the plants finish blooming and have enough time to store nutrition in their roots. July through September is the best time to dig them up in Ohio. All Iris are grown on my farm and shipped from my home, bareroot with foliage and roots attached. BONUS rhizomes are always included at an average rate of 1 for every 5 purchased...my choice.
