Falls are ruffled white with dotted and stitched dark purple markings. Falls are also yellow on the underside. The beards are white with blue tips and they turn yellow in the throat. Iris rhizomes are best divided and transplanted after the plants finish blooming and have enough time to store nutrition in their roots. July through September is the best time to dig them up in Ohio. All Iris are grown on my farm and shipped from my home, bareroot with foliage and roots attached.
