Considered one of the best pink Japanese irises, it stands out with its graceful display of bigger single pure pink rounded petals accented with a subtle golden flush at the base of each fall. This iris has up to two branches, each with 5-7 buds. Very early season growing to an impressive 38 inches.
These stand out in cut flower arrangements. Excellent in damp borders, at the edge of ponds or streams, or even in pots plunged halfway to the rim in water gardens. An herbaceous perennial.
You will receive One Ensata division with at least two fans.
Ensata Iris grow well in zones 4-9. All Ensata Iris are grown on my farm and shipped from my home, bareroot with foliage and roots attached. I do not combine shipping Ensata Iris with any other plants other than Ensata.
