BREAKING POINT - Tall Bearded Iris -
M. Sutton 2007
Interesting contrast between the cream standards with tan veins and violet falls with white splashes. Old gold beards end in violet petals that are touched with white streaks. Wide form with 9 buds on well spaced stalks. Strong, consistent mid fall rebloom makes this space ager a great addition to the broken color category. Grows to 34"and blooms mid to late season with reliable rebloom for zone 7.
Iris rhizomes are best divided and transplanted after the plants finish blooming and have enough time to store nutrition in their roots. July through September is the best time to dig them up in Ohio. All Iris are grown on my farm and shipped from my home, bareroot with foliage and roots attached.
BONUS rhizomes are always included at an average rate of 1 for every 5 purchased...my choice.
