Intense colors make this iris pop in the garden! Serrated cantaloupe standards have a slight peach pink flush at the midribs. Bright white falls bleed into a red violet band which blends into a plum band with a tan edge. Great bloom and vigorous growth habits. Blooms early to mid season 37 inches tall.
Iris rhizomes are best divided and transplanted after the plants finish blooming and have enough time to store nutrition in their roots. July through September is the best time to dig them up in Ohio. All Iris are grown on my farm and shipped from my home, bareroot with foliage and roots attached.
