Big, blocky, heavily ruffled white sister seedling to Blind Ambition, with the same strong, well-branched stalks. Terminal and three or four branches and eleven or more buds are not unusual. Standards carry a slight cool blue cast, thawing to a faint warm tone toward the upper center of falls. Beards are light blue tipped cream, becoming more yellow in the flower’s heart. The perfect foil for cooling down garden color conflicts. Grows to 40 inches tall and blooms mid season.
Iris rhizomes are best divided and transplanted after the plants finish blooming and have enough time to store nutrition in their roots. July through September is the best time to dig them up in Ohio. All Iris are grown on my farm and shipped from my home, bareroot with foliage and roots attached. BONUS rhizomes are always included at an average rate of 1 for every 5 purchased...my choice.
