Cold white standards contrast nicely with the falls which are dusted violet, more pronounced on the bottom. Tangerine beards and gold haft marks maximize the magnetism of this incredibly floriferous beacon. Thick stems bear 3 branches and 12 slightly fragrant buds.
Grows to 33" and blooms mid season.
Iris rhizomes are best divided and transplanted after the plants finish blooming and have enough time to store nutrition in their roots. July through September is the best time to dig them up in Ohio. All Iris are grown on my farm and shipped from my home, bareroot with foliage and roots attached.
BONUS rhizomes are always included at an average rate of 1 for every 5 purchased...my choice.
